The RISE ABOVE Traveling Exhibit will be set up a day early for special groups. Each student under the age of 18 who views the RISE ABOVE movie on Friday, will receive their free inspirational dog tag. Appointments must be made in advance to Marvona at 812-240-2560. The theater can hold 30-35 people and the movie will be shown every 45 minutes. Upon booking your appointment time, instructions will be provided as to where to meet, as your group will need to be escorted back to the RISE ABOVE Traveling Exhibit. Once the movie is over, you will need to be escorted back.

The dog tags will be available for sale on Saturday and Sunday at the Pikes Peak Regional Air Show.
The CAF Red Tail Squadron is pleased to announce that they will be attending the Pikes Peak Regional Airshow on August 9-10, 2014 at Colorado Springs, Colorado. Make plans now to attend and see the free RISE ABOVE movie. The Mustang will also be on display and will perform during the show.
Wings Over the Rockies Air & Space Museum and The Commemorative Air Force (CAF) Red Tail Squadron are hosting the RISE ABOVE Traveling Exhibit from August 12 to 19, 2014. The Museum will open at 10:00 am and close at 5:00 pm.
This traveling exhibit highlights the inspiring story of the Tuskegee Airmen with a big screen, theatrical experience.
The Red Tail Squadron’s P51 Mustang will be piloted over the field in a graceful display of its speed and agility. The Mustang will NOT be on static display, but after the flight, Bill Shepard will be on site to sign autographs. Make plans now to attend to see the Mustang’s performance and look for the Tuskegee Airman Tent. The RISE ABOVE Traveling Exhibit will not be on site either – the Exhibit will be in Denver, Colorado. Tillsonburg, Ontario – Make plans now to attend the Ontario’s South Coast Airshow on Saturday, August 23, 2014. There will be a wide variety of performers. The CAF Red Tail Squadron’s P-51C Mustang will be performing. Other acts include Aerobatic Performances, various Jets and Warbirds as well as a Sky Dive Team. The Canadian Harvard Association will also be performing and offering their popular flight experience on the day of the Show.
The P-51C Mustang will be performing at the Brantford Rotary Charity Airshow on Wednesday, August 27, 2014.

The Rotary Charity Airshow on Wednesday, August 27, 2014 will be a spectacular showcase of Military aircraft as well as stunning aerobatic performances, local performers and other surprises. With a crowd average of 15,000 people each year, this show delivers affordable family-friendly entertainment. The Charity Airshow is unique for not having an admission fee, but donations accepted upon entry support local Children’s Charities.
Parking on site is available for $10 per vehicle, where you are only a short distance from the viewing area. Accessible parking and golf carts are available.
The RISE ABOVE Traveling Exhibit will be showing our RISE ABOVE movie while at the Homestead National monument on Thursday through Monday, August 29 – September 1, 2014. Plan now to join us and the living history activities that are planned for this special weekend.

The CIAS takes place in Toronto, Ontario, Canada over Lake Ontario and is best viewed at the southwest waterfront grounds of the Canadian National Exhibition (CNE), south of the bandshell. Show-centre is located directly in front of our VIP Guest Enclosure and the best viewing locations include the CNE grounds and our VIP Guest Enclosure for which a very limited number of tickets are available for purchase.
Bill Shepard will be flying the P-51C Mustang in the show.
The RISE ABOVE Traveling Exhibit will be on display at the Alfonza W. Davis Middle School. Students will be scheduled from area schools. If you want to see the RISE ABOVE movie, contact Robert Rose to set up a time for you and your group to see the movie. We can accommodate 30-35 during each movie showing. On Saturday, the Mustang may be in the area for static display. Details are still being worked out.
